West and Post is a new collection of luxury townhomes coming soon to the West Oak Trails neighbourhood of Oakville.
Location
Prospective buyers will find this townhome development at 2714 West Oak Trails Boulevard, at the corner of Postmaster Drive. This is a very walkable neighbourhood. Residents can walk to local shops, cafes and restaurants. In addition, a range of larger stores can be reached within a few minutes drive. Many schools are close by. In less than 10 minutes, residents can drive to either the 403/QEW or the 407. Alternatively, they can reach the Bronte GO train station in just over 5 minutes. There are parklands with walking and biking trails nearby–for example, both Arbourview Park and West Oak Park close by.
Design
The builder has not yet confirmed the details of the exterior design of West and Post. The project is still in the pre-construction phase. Information regarding the design will be available shortly.

West and Post will consist of a limited collection of 2 and 3 storey townhomes. Various floor plans will be available, ranging in size from 1,575 to 2,245 square feet. Units will include 3 or 4 bedrooms. They will also feature gourmet kitchens, spa-like bathrooms and gas fireplaces.

This townhome complex will not include any shared amenities.

Branthaven is building West and Post. This family-owned company is based in Burlington, Ontario. During the 50 plus years it has been in business, it has built a variety of projects including single family homes and condos as well as townhomes.
