Location
Prospective buyers will find Oakbrook Townhomes at Burnhamthorpe Road East and Sixth Line in the River Oaks neighbourhood of Oakville. The development borders a park, pond and elementary school. Residents can drive to the 407 and 403/QEW in minutes. Additionally, they can reach the Oakville Go Station in 16 minutes. Though there are few local shops or restaurants, the Walmart Supercentre, Canadian Tire, Longos, the Reall Canadian Superstore and other major retailers are only a six minute drive away. Residents who wish to travel can reach Pearson International Airport in 23 minutes.
