The contemporary design of Distrikt Trailside Towns features 3 story townhomes with exteriors of brown brick and white modular panels.

This development houses 36 townhomes that range in size from 1,101 to 1,340 square feet and contain 2-3 bedrooms. All units will include garages and private outdoor space. Finishings will be contemporary, but the builder has not yet released specifics. This project is in the preconstruction phase; further details will be available soon.

The builder has not yet provided information regarding any amenities that may be provided to residents of Distrikt Trailside Homes.
Location
Prospective buyers will find Distrikt Trailside Towns at 407 Dundas Street West, near Neyagawa  Boulevard. It is close to neighbourhood shops, cafes and restaurants. Grocery stores such as Fortinos and Food Basics are close by. Walking and biking trails and parkland are also nearby. Residents can drive to downtown Oakville in 17 minutes. In less than 5 minutes, they can drive to the 407 or 403, connecting them with the rest of the GTA. As well, the GO train station is 8 kilometres away. Residents wishing to travel can reach Pearson International Airport in 25 minutes.
