Design
The Wilmot Condos is a mid-rise contemporary building. Its design features white exterior cladding with gray and linear gold accents.
Units
The condominium houses 380 suites. Units come in a variety of open concept layouts. They range in size from one to three bedrooms. Some units also include dens. All units have floor-ceiling windows and 9-10 foot ceilings. Kitchens have quartz countertops and modern cabinetry, as well as energy efficient appliances. Laminate flooring will be installed in all units.
Units are also equipped with smart home technology. Residents can access their suites using their smartphones. Similarly, they can provide their guests with secure, personalized access codes.
Bell high speed internet will be installed throughout the building, including in suites and communal areas.
Amenities
Residents of the Wilmot Condos can access a tech lounge as well as over 2,800 sq. ft. of fitness facilities including a yoga studio.
Outdoors, residents can enjoy a landscaped rooftop terrace that includes sitting and dining areas as well as bbqs and gas fireplaces. They can also relax in the central outdoor courtyard on the main level of the building. Or, they can work out in the fitness centre.
A 24-hour concierge provides security and support services to residents
License plate recognition gives residents automatic access into the parking garage. The garage also offers EV charging stations.
Location
The Wilmot Condos is located at 1005 Dundas Street East, near Eighth Line. Shopping centres, restaurants and coffee shops as well as big box stores are nearby. The building sits between some of central Ontario’s major roads including Highways 407, 403, and the QEW. So residents can easily commute by car. Additionally, residents can reach the Oakville GO Transit station via a 12 minute drive from the building. From there, they can take the GO Train into Union Station in under 40 minutes. Additionally, Oakville Transit bus routes stop just steps away from the front door.

WP Development is working with GCL Builds to build the Wilmot Condos. Based in Markham, Ontario, WP Development focuses on condo construction. GCL Builds is the Canadian arm of an American construction company founded in Montana in 1886. Their partnership brings together over 30 years of experience across a range of business sectors.
