The Butler is located at 103 Dundas Street West. This area has a low walk score. So most errands require a vehicle. However, many amenities are readily accessible by car. The Butler’s design aims for mid-rise elegance. The building mixes glass, concrete and steel for a contemporary finish.

The Butler houses 801 units over 8 storeys. The units range in size from 1 to 3.5 bedrooms. The builder has not yet confirmed the features and finishings of the units. The project is still in the pre-construction phase. Information regarding these details will be available shortly.
Amenities
Residents of the Butler can enjoy an indoor pool and sauna, as well as a fitness centre and meditation space. They can also access a rooftop terraces featuring sitting and dining areas. In addition, they can use a media room with large screen as well as a co-working space. A 24 hour concierge provides residents with security and support services.
