Location
Prospective buyers will find the Branch Condos at 2444 Old Bronte Road in Oavkille, near the intersection of Dundas Street West and Bronte Road. This means that it is about a five minute drive to the 407, and less than ten minutes to the 403. The Oakville GO train station is about 25 minutes away. The Branch Condos consist of two contemporary 8 storey towers connected by a central courtyard and walking bridge.

The building includes 343 units, including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites. Sizes range from 628 to 1108 square feet. Units have 9-foot ceilings. However, units on the 8th floor of each building have 10-foot ceilings. All units have floor-to-ceiling windows.
