Welcome to Distrikt Trailside 2.0
Distrikt Trailside 2.0 is the second stage of a planned community built by Distrikt Developments. The project features both townhomes and luxury condominiums in the River Oaks neighbourhood of Oakville.
Design
The design of Distrikt Trailside 2.o is modern. The exterior has a modular look, with tiered terraces and lots of glass. The street level will also include space for shops. Another design feature is the grand lobby of the building, which features double-height ceilings.
Units
The 10-storey building will house 349 units of 1-3 bedrooms, some with dens. Units in Distrikt Trailside 2.0 will have wide plank laminate flooring and ceramic tile finishes. Both kitchens and bathrooms will have quartz countertops. Ceilings in the units will be 9-10ft high.
Smart home technology will be installed in the units. This will let residents to do things like manage visitors and control their thermostat when they are away from the building.
Last but not least, all units include a parking spot and a storage locker.
Amenities
District Trailside 2.0 will provide its residents with an outdoor lounge. This landscaped area  includes soft seating, bbqs and gas fireplaces. Indoors, residents can use a fitness centre which includes space for yoga and pilates. They can also take advantage of a party lounge which includes a catering kitchen and dining area. Another Distrikt 2.0 amenity is a 24 hour concierge, which provides security and support services to residents.
Location
District Trailside 2.0 is located at 393 Dundas Street West, near Neyagawa  Boulevard. It is close to neighbourhood shops and restaurants. Walking and biking trails and parkland are also nearby.
From here, it is 17 minutes downtown Oakville. It is a couple of minutes drive to the 407, and just over five minutes to the 403. As well, the GO train station is 8 kilometres away. For those who travel often for business or pleasure, District Trailside 2.0 is 25 minutes from Pearson International Airport.
