Clockwork at Upper Joshua Creek is a modern tiered high-rise tower. Architectural features in other materials compliment the terracotta and metal panel cladding. The building arrangement maximizes the amount of light that shines into its interiors. The fully landscaped exterior will include plantings, benches and a distinctive communal plaza. Entrances to the lobby are located on both the north and south ends of the building, with a breezeway that connects you to the east and west sides of the building.
Units
Clockwork at Upper Joshua Creek offers 19 models of 1 & 2 bedroom suites. All units have 9 ft ceilings. The open-concept design of the units features stone composite flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, adding a sleek, classic look to the open-concept living and dining space.
Additionally, units with automated digital door locks, make entry simple and secure. This smart home security system will also connect to resident’s phones, providing 24/7 connectivity to units.
