Location
Prospective buyers will find the Bower Towers at the corner of Proudfoot Trail and Dundas Street West, in south Oakville. This is a car dependent neighbourhood; most errands require a vehicle. They Bower Towers condominium is a contemporary low rise design. It consists of two 6-storey buildings facing a tree-lined courtyard that includes seating areas and flower beds.

Bower Towers houses 400 units over two 6-storey buildings. Units range in size from 543 to 1,074 square feet. They feature open concept living with modern finishes. Kitchens include stainless steel appliances. Ceilings are 9 feet tall (10 feet on the 6th floor).
