Flora is a new townhome development coming soon to the Bronte Village neighbourhood of Oakville.
Location
Prospective buyers will find Flora at 3171 Lakeshore Road West, between West Street and Cudmore Road. This is a car dependent neighbourhood; most errands require the use of a vehicle. However, residents can travel to Bronte GO station by car or public transit. From there, they can reach downtown Toronto in 40 minutes. Highway 403/QEW is nearby. In addition, green space, such as Shell Park and Bronte Beach Park, is easily accessible from the townhome development. Grocery stores such as Metro and Food Basics are less than 10 minutes away by car. Residents wishing to travel can drive to Pearson International Airport in 35 minutes.
Design
The classic design of the Flora townhomes features gray brick exteriors with white trim, accented with Juliette balconies and dormer windows.
Units
The Flora development will include 35 townhomes. They range in size from 4-5 bedrooms. However, the builder has not yet confirmed the features and finishings of the units. The project is still in the pre-construction phase. Information regarding these details will be available shortly.
Amenities
It is not anticipated that the builder of this development will offer any shared amenities to owners.

Vogue Homes is a construction company based in Thornhill, Ontario. It has been building homes in the Greater Toronto Area for over 40 years.
