North Oak Condos is the fourth phase of Oakvillage, a master-planned community in North Oakville.
Location
North Oak Condos at the corner of Dundas St. E. and Trafalgar Road. The walk score of this neighbourhood is high. Residents can walk to shopping, dining, bars and entertainment. In addition, Longo’s, Real Canadian Superstore and Walmart are less than a 5 minutes away by car. Hiking, cycling and walking trails, including the Sixteen Mile Creek, Bronte Creek Natural Park and Lions Valley Park, are close by. Residents can get to major highways including the 407 and 403/QEW within a few minutes.
Design
The development is composed of two connected high rise towers. Its design reflects a blend of modern elements focused on a sense of community and a connection to nature. The towers are connected by a glassed-in lobby featuring high ceilings and an open-concept design. This area will function as a ‘community living room’ for building residents.
Units
The North Oak Condos will house 207 suites ranging in size from 1-2.5 bedrooms. Units will feature engineered laminate flooring. Additionally, kitchens will contain Caesarstone countertops and designer cabinetry finishes and hardware.
Amenities
Residents of the North Oak condos will enjoy a party room that includes a kitchen and lounge space. The room opens on to a landscaped outdoor terrace which has bbqs and seating areas. The terrace offers views of the Athabasca Pond. Residents can also play billiards or cards in a games lounge.
Additionally, residents can use the co-working lounge, which includes individual work pods, virtual meeting rooms, a printing area and a coffee station.
A fitness facility with exercise equipment such as free weights as well as elliptical machines, bikes, and treadmills is also available. In addition, residents can take advantage of yoga studio, as well as a meditation room featuring aromatherapy, light therapy, and an infrared sauna.
