The Cabot is a townhome development in the Lakeshore neighbourhood of Oakville. It was completed in 2020.
Location
Prospective buyers will find the Cabot at 336 Robinson Street, between Reynolds and Allan Streets. This is a walkable neighbourhood. Design
Architect William Hicks designed the Cabot to fit in with the downtown Oakville aesthetic. The complex features exterior cedar shingles and low garden brick walls, as well as architectural detailing on the facade that blends in with the style of the neighbourhood. Additionally, the landscaping features and the design of the driveways give the entry area a courtyard feel.
Units
The Cabot consists of four 3-storey townhomes, ranging in size from 2512 – 3194 square feet; all units have 3 bedrooms. They feature 10 foot ceilings and white oak hardwood floors. In addition, kitchens are outfitted with a custom Miele appliance package. The master bedroom contains a walk-in closet with custom cabinetry. All townhomes also have mahogany front doors, as well as private double garages and heated laneways. The builder installed a Control 4 home automation system in all units.
