Rain and Senses is a new high-rise condo situated in the south of Oakville. The complex was completed in 2018.
Location
Rain and Senses is located at 55 Speers Road, near Kerr Street, in the Kerr Village area of Oakville. This neighbourhood is particularly walkable. Local restaurants, cafes, shops, and grocery stores are only steps away from the condominium. The parkland areas of Hogs Back Park and Sixteen Mile Creek are also located nearby. In addition to this, residents can walk to the Oakville GO train station in 15 minutes. Â Similarly, by car, they can reach the 403 in 15 minutes or Lakeshore Road in only 3 minutes. Design
Rain and Senses features a modern high-rise design. Two towers–one 19 storeys and other 21 storey–make up the condo. A low-rise podium connects the towers.
Units
Rain and Senses contains 525 units. They range in size from studio units of just over 100 square feet to units consisting of two bedrooms plus a den. All units include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and laminated plank flooring. Ceilings are 9-10 feet high.
Amenities
Residents of Rain and Senses can access an indoor pool with hot tub and sauna areas. They can also use a fitness room and yoga studio. Additionally, the condo offers a library and billiard table as well as a pet wash station.
Outdoors, residents can cook or entertain with gas barbecues provided for their use.
As well, a 24 hour concierge provides security and support services for residents.
