Design
Inspired by the Beaux Arts movement, the Randall Residences is modeled after this form of Parisian architecture. In keeping with this design, its exterior features wrought iron window and terrace railings, as well as metal lantern lighting, and clay brick chimneys. Â A grand double door entrance welcomes suite owners. Inside, three semi-private elevators transport residents to their specific floor.Â

The Randall Residences houses 36 executive suites over 4 storeys. Units range in size from 1,800 to over 3000 square feet, with several different floor plans. Units include high ceilings, fireplaces and luxury finishes including marble accents. In addition, they feature custom kitchens and spa-like bathrooms. Penthouse units have private rooftop terraces. Each unit comes with two parking spots and a storage locker.
