Welcome to The Insignia!

The Insignia is a luxury condominium development located in the Sixteen Mile Creek neighbourhood of Oakville. It was completed in 2020.

Location

Prospective buyers will find the Insignia at 70 Old Mill Road, near the intersection of Speers Road and Trafalgar Road. The development is across from Sixteen Mile Creek, giving residents quick access to walking and biking trails. This is a very walkable neighbourhood. Residents can reach the Oakville GO Train in less than one minute. The QEW is less than five minutes away by car. Residents can walk to stores such as Whole Foods, the LCBO and Shoppers Drug Mart in less than ten minutes. In addition, they can drive to Oakville Place shopping centre in three minutes. Residents wishing to travel can drive to Pearson International Airport in 20 minutes.

Design

The Insignia is a mid-rise building clad in chocolate brown brick with white, black and glass accents. Its design is contemporary.

Units

The Insignia houses 29 suites over 10 storeys. Units ranges in size from 1,271 to 3,117 square feet, with a several different floor plans. All units feature 10-foot high floor-to-ceiling windows as well as private walk-out terraces. Kitchens are gourmet-style; bathrooms are spa-like. In addition, units feature high-end finishes such as hardwood, quartz and marble.

Amenities

Residents of the Insignia enjoy a fully equipped fitness centre. They can relax on the building’s rooftop terrace, which features seating and dining areas, as well as bbqs and fireplaces. The terrace overlooks Sixteen Mile Creek. Residents enter the building into a spacious front lobby with marble finishes.
