La Reserve is a townhome development in the neighbourhood of Old Oakville. It was completed in 2021.
Location
Prospective buyers will find La Reserve at 153 Reynolds Street, between Randall Street and Sumner Avenue. This is a walkable neighbourhood. Residents can walk to Wallace Park and George’s Square, as well as Sixteen Mile Creek. They can travel on foot to local businesses including shops, cafes and restaurants. Design
The exterior design of La Reserve was inspired by the French provincial style of architecture. It features a mix of gray stone and stucco. Units have precast entry porticos.
Units
The townhome complex consists of 6 three storey executive freehold units. Units are 2955 square feet, and have 2-3 bedrooms. They have 9-10 foot ceilings, and feature quality touches such as gas fireplaces and oak staircases. Kitchens include quartz countertops and custom cabinetry, as well as a Sub Zero refrigerator and a Wolf gas stove. Bathrooms are spa-like. Each townhome features balconies and terraces at the front and back. All units include a garage and driveway.
