Oakville Ravine Towns is a luxury townhome development located in old Oakville just north of highway 403. Its estimated completion date is fall/winter 2023.
Location
Oakville Ravine Towns is located at 1028 Sixth Line, near Germorda Drive. Parks and nature trails surround the development. Sixteen Mile Creek is also close by. It is a short drive to many amenities, but the walkability score of the neighbourhood is low. However, local shops and restaurants are within walking distance. It is a family friendly community, with schools, playgrounds and sports facilities nearby.
By car, suite owners can quickly reach Oakville Place shopping mall and Oakville Golf Club, as well as Lake Ontario. With the 403 so close, commuting to downtown Toronto by car is easy. Alternatively, the Oakville GO train station is just 5 minutes away. For residents who are travelling, Pearson International Airport is just over 20 minutes away.
Design
Oakville Ravine Towns are modelled after English Georgian Manors. As a result, their exteriors feature natural Indiana limestone and cedar entry canopies. Their interiors feature a functional open concept design.
Units
Oakville Ravine Towns is made up of 63 executive townhomes and semi-detached homes. The 4 different models range in size from 1949 – 2316 square feet. All of the homes have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but the larger models include a den, and additional powder room. Buyers can arrange for custom add-ons to the standard townhome package.
The townhomes feature custom cabinetry, 10 inch crown mouldings and natural oak stair treads and risers. The kitchen will be outfitted with a luxury stainless steel appliance package. From the sliding door in the kitchen, residents can walk out to a pressure-treated wood deck. Additionally, the master ensuite bathroom will have a stand-alone bathtub. The units also feature a climate control system with separate programmable thermostats on the 1st floor and 3rd floors.
Units will include ground level parking for two standard-size cars. Residents can access their home directly from the garage.
Amenities
There are no shared amenities. However, owners pay a monthly fee to cover landscaping, snow removal, salting, and street lighting.

Dunpar is based in the Greater Toronto Area. They work on both commercial and residential real estate projects, mainly in Etobicoke. Oakville Ravine Towns is their first development in Oakville.
